Good value May 21, 2010 V. Kirby (Front Royal,) I've received several compliments on the attractiveness of this watch. It seems to be well made and very reliable.
Excellent Field Watch May 5, 2010 Sam Ford (Phoenix, Arizona USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This watch has all he basic requirements of an excellent field watch. It should be easy to read, and the face color and contrasting hands make this watch easy to read at a glance. That is not always the case with some supposed field watches. It should be readable in all light conditions, and with the "indiglo" function it is. It should hold up to reasonable shock, and should handle an occasional "dunking", and this watch should do that too.
However, the colors in the pictures presented are not accurate. The case is darker than pictured, and the band is a dark gray-green, not the brown shown. The watch face and hands are accurately pictured. I actually prefer color of the real thing over the pictures. It is also a bit of a "loud-ticker", but tolerable I think.
Overall, it's a classic watch that is true to the "Form Follows Function" design philosophy.
Timex rocks April 13, 2010 R. Botti (Long Island NY USA) I love this watch. I have a big wrist and finding a watch that I don't have to change the band is always a problem. Sharp looking, indiglo can't be beat and you can see the time in the dark without having to resort to the indiglo. Great price also.l
nice watch April 11, 2010 William A. Urban This watch met all of my expectations. I wanted something that was not to big and something I could beat up a bit and now worry about. I am wearing it over in Iraq now. I love the indiglow feature. Only drawback for me is that the metal around the edges reflect some light. In a field watch I would prefer a metal finish with more light absorption.
husband loves it February 10, 2010 Barbara Erwin (Brownsburg, IN) my husband was searching for a casual watch and he is very happy with this one.
