This watch does what they say it does September 5, 2010 Rosiel (Pennsylvania) I bought this watch to replace an earlier model with substantially the same gizmos. The two time zones come in very handy when I travel. When I'm not traveling, I keep it so I know what time it is for one of my children living in Europe. I use the timer all the time, so I don't get a parking ticket where there's a meter, when to take a next dose of medicine when that is needed. It has lots of other features, but I dont' use them. What I use are important to me, and they work well. I had my other watch for about 6 years of hard use, went through 2 wrist bands. That's not as long, perhaps as some, but this is not an expensive watch. Plus, it looks good. I have a small wrist, so a woman's watch is preferable to a big clunky mans watch, that looks as if it's hard to lift.
Great Watch at a Great Price July 30, 2010 Theresa Nickerson I confess that I am a straight up fan of Timex watches. I have had several over the years (many). I had a Triathlon when I used to dive and I had that watch for years. So far what I like about this watch is the band and the size of the face. As my reading eyesight is getting worse I wanted a bigger watch face and this one is easy to read and yet not so big you look like your wearing a man's watch. This is a great watch with some excellent features. Love it and would definitely recommend.
BEST WATCH EVER July 19, 2010 Clem 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I love this watch! And everyone I know that has this watch in the other colors loves it too! It is thin and perfect to wear while running, biking, or just as an everyday watch. I never give things 5 stars unless they deserve it. Get this watch and you will not regret it!
great watch July 19, 2010 mkw529 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This watch is great. It is stylish and very functional. I love using it to check splits while swimming, running. It has three alarms and even a date alarm. I really like the strap, it has a safety lock too, so it is a little hard to get off, but thats a good thing. I hope I don't need to buy one again anytime soon, but when I do I would buy this one again (infact this is my 3rd Timex Ironman in 20 years, they last a long time.
Great Watch June 17, 2010 R. Lawson (AR US) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've had this watch for about a month now, and several trips to the pool later, there have been no condensation issues, so that's a big plus. The face is a little larger than other sport watches I have owned, but it's not overly huge. I love that the time is much easier to set/change than previous Timex watches I have owned (didn't even have to read the directions this time :) ). The color is great and the large numbers on the display are nice. If you work in or around water and are likely to be wet or sweaty all day, the resin band is absolutely the way to go; I'll never work in a cloth, velcro, or leather band. So far I am very happy with it.
